I've written a few articles about the subject.
in 1/64 scale Hot Wheels and Matchbox - they are the strongest, My kid even used some of them to unhinge the wooden door of his room (that was fun)
in 1/43 Maisto are the strongest I've found - Bburago has seen a bit of a drop in quality in recent years
in 1/24 Maisto wins again -BBurago and Welly dismantle to easily, be warned... this link is graphic and features a lot of damaged toys :D

Btw, in Croatia Welly cars are also a bit more expensive, sometimes even more than Matchbox and Hot Wheels. And I am so sad that Siku are not that good anymore, they were considered the BEST in Croatia in the 90's... if you had them everyone would look at you in awe :)

Kids-Nookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13006990327827802310noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-557040479935597519.post-39410403995281352562017-10-22T12:30:36.564+02:002017-10-22T12:30:36.564+02:00hello! yes, it´s true, welly cars are not often to...hello! yes, it´s true, welly cars are not often to see in this blog. why? nearly all wellys are packed at the moment, so i can´t present them. in germany they are hard to find and sometimes too expensive. with an eye on the quality i only can criticize as a collector and not as a player with model cars. so i can´t say that they crush or to collapse more than other modell cars. but i see it as you as a risk, that metal parts can wound a child or it´s bad, when a child swallow a plastic or metal part into the stomach. when i was a child, there was yatming the brand, which was not a high quality modell car and lost several parts in the years of hard playing. so perhaps you as a father, you have to decide at your own, what modells you give your son, if he plays too hard with them. i think, unbreakable cars are hard to find, because they are only toys...

thank you for the kind words!THhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14036804284792629138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-557040479935597519.post-71949553763458500092017-10-21T20:00:20.289+02:002017-10-21T20:00:20.289+02:00Out of all the brands in these photos... Welly is ...Out of all the brands in these photos... Welly is the poorest. I say this as a dad, I got my kid only a few 1/64 welly cars and stopped. They're a chocking hazard in my opinion, the wheels fall apart too easily and I've written about it in one of my 1/64 reviews. Please drop a comment if you agree or disagree with my comments there.

Btw, I got my kid both the matchbox Porsche you ahve there and the Siku taxi... unfortunately he dropped a brick on the taxi I believe (on purpose of course :D)

Really glad to have visited your blog again, will be back ;)Kids-Nookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13006990327827802310noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-557040479935597519.post-31830683736730120452016-12-27T18:49:55.352+01:002016-12-27T18:49:55.352+01:00Vielen Dank für die Info.
